Rubber wear sheeting

All systems in the world are subject to wear and tear due to abrasion and corrosion. To counteract this wear and tear, we supply rubber-elastic wear protection materials in various designs:

From 35 to 90 Shore A
Thicknesses from 2 to 20 mm
With contact layer for bonding
With fabric backing for mechanical fastening
In normal quality, for hot goods or oil and grease resistant

LUWITAN^® polyurethane wear protection

High wear-resistant plates from proven LUWITAN® polyurethanes that protect the liner system components against wear, corrosion and caking. Standard and storage formats are 1000 x 2000 mm, 10 mm to 20 mm thick in 65 and 85 Shore A. In addition, other dimensions and special qualities can be offered.

When other wear linings have reached their limits, this wear protection can be a solution to achieve a better service life or to guarantee resistance against high levels of stress and strain.

PE-SIL polyethylene wear protection

PE-SIL UV-stabilized UHMW-PE shapes offer the lowest coefficient of friction of all UHMW-PE grades. Additionally, this premium, lubricant filled lining material offers low moisture absorption and excellent chemical resistance. PE-SIL UHMW-PE components can be fabricated and welded for any application that requires a seamless drop-in liner, a framed-in liner, or a replacement liner.

Furthermore, PE-SIL UHMW-PE liners are available in kit and can be self-installed or professionally installed through our extensive network of global System PE-SIL Engineering Partners.
