Our LUCON plasterboard belts (also known as setting belts) are crafted from high-quality, light-colored natural rubber, specially formulated to prevent marking and staining. Our belts are vulcanized through a continuous process eliminating heating transitions. The established assembly results in minimal permanent elongation and prevents the belt edges from rising up. High-quality cutting machines guarantee precise straight-line processing and consequently great belt tracking in the conveyor system.
