Creation of Lutze Process Belux BV for all process related activities in Belgium and Luxemburg.

Acquisition of Fischer-Jung Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH, based in Krefeld. Today called Lutze Process Germany GmbH, they are the exclusive Metso dealer for mobile crushing and screening plants for large parts of Germany (sales areas in western Germany and Baden-Württemberg).

Acquisition of Dansk Grusgrav Material ApS (DGM), a Danish supplier of machines, equipment and services to the gravel and stone industry, contractors, demolition and recycling industry, mineral processing, process industry, as well as concrete and asphalt industry.

Lutze becomes the official dealer for Stichweh equipment in the BeNeLux.
2015
Lutze becomes the official dealer for Sandvik crushing and screening equipment in the BeNeLux.

Acquisition of parts of the service business for conveyor technology and wear protection from Metso Corporation.
