with highly elastic PU spray coatings for wear and surface protection
With our highly elastic coating materials for wear and surface protection, we ensure an extended service life for plant components, vehicles, mixers, mills, cyclones, and more. PU spray coatings are particularly suitable for applications subject to sliding abrasion, often combined with chemical exposure. The required coating thickness is selected based on the specific application and is at least 2 mm. An even coating ensures optimal protection and abrasion resistance. Our range of LUWISPRAY products covers the hardness grades of 75 and 85 Shore A.
