Tensioned cloth embedded in extremely durable rubber. T-Cord covers a wide range of applications, from fine to medium-coarse screening. Lutze customizes T-Cord according to the application and screen. For screen widths over 1500 mm, we recommend using centerholddown.

A flexible polyurethane screen features a much larger open area than traditional woven wire screens and offers a durability that lasts 4-6 times longer than traditional steel wire screens. By employing a dual vibration system, where both the screening machine and the screen mesh vibrate, it effectively reduces problems such as blinding, clogging, and pegging. Its lightweight construction and simple installation greatly lower labor requirements and minimize machine downtime. Additionally, it is manufactured in our own workshop in Trelleborg, Sweden.

T-Cord Wire PU in polyurethane with robust steel wire embedded in the steel hook. It excels in high abrasion resistance and efficiency. The holes are conically shaped, providing a significant advantage in wet screening.

L-Flow offers unique features with a high screening area. Capacity and clean screening are prioritized. It is easy to install, lightweight, and consists of polyurethane with embedded steel wire as reinforcement. It can be manufactured in soft 60 shore A for extra flexibility in the screening media. Best suited for fine and medium-coarse fractions.

The Steelwire cloth, has the advantage with high open area and thin wire structure, provides exceptional visibility and precision. The standard material is spring steel, but it is also available in stainless steel for most thin wire thicknesses.
